On July 12, the defense of Caucasus School of Business students’ master's theses was held at Caucasus University.

On July 14, the defense of Tamar Tsertsvadze's dissertation - "The Analysis of The Person-Organization Fit on Employee Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Private and Public Sector in Georgia" - was held at Caucasus University.

On July 13, the defense of Tamar Karbaia's dissertation - "Hofstede's National Cultural Dimensions in Managerial Context" - was held at Caucasus University.

The scientific supervisor of the thesis was Professor Boris (Buba) Lezhava.
