Vacancy for the position of Assistant Head of Student and Organizational Events Service

The Student and Organizational Events Service of Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of assistant to the head of the service. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the organization of events planned by the service.
  • Communicate with students regarding planned activities through the service email.
  • Organize extracurricular activities for students such as public lectures, excursions, sports championships, competitions, trainings, performances, concerts, etc.
  • Maintain databases and monitor lists of students interested in attending planned activities.
  • Organize events planned at the university.
  • Host university guests and provide campus tours.
  • Arrange gifts for university guests and purchase branded items.
  • Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to engage in various projects.
  • Assist in organizing projects for the integration of international students.
  • Coordinate student sports championships in various disciplines.

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in English at the B2 level.
  • Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.

  • Punctuality and discipline.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, if necessary, in agreement with the management).
  • Remuneration: 600 GEL (after tax).
