Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Case Management Service Manager, in the Department of Registry and Case Management.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the manager in gathering information about university students, coordinating, and disseminating relevant information to various university departments.
  • Participating in the creation, production, and maintenance of the student database, including data entry and processing.
  • Creating and organizing students' personal files.
  • Preparing documents for students participating in mobility programs.
  • Providing technical support to learning process managers.
  • Contributing to the authorization/accreditation process within the assigned scope.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the head of the registry office.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or current enrollment in the final year of studies.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficient in computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, subject to agreement with management).
  • Salary: ranging from 800 to 1000 GEL (after tax), depending on the candidate's qualifications.
  • Probationary Period: 6 months (remunerable).

 

Note: Candidates advanced to the second stage will be tested in general skills
