Tbilisi, Georgia — November 4, Caucasus University will host a public lecture titled “Balavariani and the Contribution of Old Georgian Literature to the Dialogue of Civilizations” at 16:00 in the University Library.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Gaga Shurgaia of the University of Naples.

During the lecture, Professor Shurgaia will trace the history of research on Balavariani, examine the major literary issues associated with the text, and share new scholarly perspectives and future research directions.
