Caucasus University has developed the Exploitation Plan for the PRODIGE project (“Promoting High-Quality Digital Education in Georgia”). The purpose of the document is to define how the project’s outcomes can be used and integrated within institutional processes after the formal completion of project activities.

While the Dissemination Plan focuses on raising awareness about the project, the Exploitation Plan concentrates on the practical use of project results, outlining mechanisms for applying, maintaining, and further developing the tools, approaches, and practices introduced through PRODIGE.

The plan specifies key actions, responsible units, and target groups needed to ensure that selected project outputs can be effectively adopted and sustained within Georgian higher education. The document was presented and reviewed during the project management meeting.
