As per tradition, a graduation ceremony was held on the campus of Caucasus University. The graduates were awarded diplomas in a celebratory atmosphere.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia Kakha Kuchava, the First Deputy Chairman of the Education and Science Committee of the Parliament Giorgi Amilakhvari, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Sectoral Economics and Economic Policy Davit Songhulashvili, MP Rima Beradze, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Nunu Mitsrobich, as well as the Ambassador of the United States of America to Georgia, Kelly Degnan, the Ambassador of France to Georgia, Diego Colas, the Ambassador of Greece to Georgia, Dimitrios Karabalis and invited guests from the United States, France, Austria and Greece.

During the event the following guests were awarded the title of Honorary Doctor: Mzekala Shanidze, Emeritus Professor of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Sue Henderson, President of New Jersey University; Santiago Garcia, KEDGE Business School Vice President for Development; Spiridon Flogaitis, Director of the International Organization of Public Law in Europe.

Caucasus University President Dr. Kakha Shengelia addressed the graduates and invited guests, including ambassadors and deans of school. He congratulated the students on graduating and wished them success.

The event was held in compliance with the recommendations issued by the State and the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.

The graduation ceremony traditionally ended with graduates throwing their graduation caps and ceremonial fireworks.
