On November 5, within the framework of the Startup Incubator Program, the fifth online lecture was held and delivered by Shalva Othanadze.
The topic of the lecture was “Product-Market Fit and MVBP (Minimum Viable Business Product)”. The aim of the session was to introduce participants to the concept of Product-Market Fit and highlight its importance in the process of successful startup development.
During the lecture, participants were introduced to the main methods for evaluating Product-Market Fit. Through practical examples, the trainer demonstrated how product–market alignment can be measured and analyzed in a real startup environment.
The session also covered the differences between MVP and MVBP, their use cases, and appropriate approaches at various stages of startup development. Particular attention was paid to MVBP planning and development, helping participants effectively connect product development with their business model.
