Startup Incubator VII Online Lecture

On November 24, within the framework of the Startup Incubator Program, the seventh online lecture was held and delivered by Giorgi Volski.

 

The topic of the lecture was “Customer Acquisition Cost and Value (LTV, Retention, CAC)”. The aim of the session was to help participants understand the importance of customer acquisition and retention metrics and their application in achieving sustainable startup growth.

 

During the lecture, participants examined CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), their interrelation, and their impact on a startup’s financial sustainability. The trainer also discussed Retention Metrics and Churn Rate as key indicators for analyzing customer behavior and business performance.

 

Particular attention was given to Unit Economics analysis and its role in evaluating and validating a startup’s business model.
