On December 27, PhD student at Caucasus School of Law, Maia Mkhatvrishvili delivered a demonstrating public lecture on the topic –Institutional Guarantees of Protection of Basic Human Rights; the lecture was delivered within the course of Basic Human Rights and Freedom of an Individual. The lecture covered such issues as: the role and responsibilities of the Georgian Constitutional Court, Public Defender and other branches of the Georgian government as well as the functions of European Court of Human Right and Freedom.
