On February 17, the competition - Logical Games League was held at Caucasus University, the participants were teams of the 11^th and 12^th graders of private and public schools.

From February 26 to March 7, Professor Mariam Manjgaladze, a professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Caucasus University, was invited by the Rector of Azerbaijan Institute of Foreign Languages, Academician Kamal Abdula, to conduct lectures.  

On February 5-10, PhD students of Caucasus School of Governance,conducted demonstration classes, which is the final and mandatory stage of the “Teaching-Assisting” component of the PhD curriculum.

On January 31, representatives of Europe’s Regional Internet Registry, Europeans Network Coordination Center (RIPE NCC) held a workshop at Caucasus University - “Internet and Data Analysis”.

On January 24, at 4.00 p.m. the Memorandum of Cooperation  was signed between Caucasus University and Grigol Robakidze University within which the parties will have an opportunity to cooperate on equal terms and share their experience in methodological aspects of teaching;

On January 22, a charity event "Donate Blood - Save Life" was held at Caucasus University.

On January 20, the results of University Entrant Blogger Contest were announced.

On January 9-10, in the capital city of Bangladesh, Dhaka, Daffodil International University holds convocation ceremony attended by the President of the Caucasus University and President of International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) Dr. Kakha Shengelia who was invited to the ceremony as early as October, 2017.

On December 29, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Caucasus University and the National Tourism Administration.

On December 28, at 4.00 p.m., Caucasus University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the State Audit Office, the aim of which is to help Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students of the relevant profession to become auditors in the public sector.

On December 27, at Caucasus University the President of the Caucasus University Dr. Kakha Shengelia and Director of Batumi International University Hospital (IUHB) Mr. Dindari-Mikeladze met each other to discuss the issues planned for a future cooperation of the two institutions, including: holding trainings of various kinds at IUHB by the Training Center of Caucasus University from January, 2018.

On December 24, the second year students of the Caucasus School of Governance held a presentation of the project: "Being a charity is a great gift", within the framework of which Mariam Kapanadze, Liza Karashvili, Nikoloz Nozadze and Giorgi Zhorzholiani will assist the beneficiaries of “The Monk Andria’s Foundation” – children with cancer.

On December 24, Caucasus University organized Christmas Fair and New Year party on the CU campus. At the concert, CU students played different compositions. 

On December 23, another regional conference organized by the  the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia  

On December 23-24, the Supreme Court of Georgia held hearings of oral rounds of the students’ competition in Business Law.

On December 22, to commemorate 850^th anniversary of great Georgian poet, Shota Rustaveli, the Caucasus University held a Table Game of The Knight in the Panther's Skin created by a young Georgian scientist.

On December 20, in the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, “World Miss University” was nominated. The title went to Cuban student Moras Baez Claudia.
