Rati Tvalavadze is an Assistant Professor at the School of Governance, Caucasus University. He has been a member of the faculty since 2019.

With extensive professional experience in the public sector, Mr. Tvalavadze served at the National Defence Academy of Georgia from 2018 to 2019, where he facilitated cooperation with international partners. From 2019 to 2024, he worked at the General Staff of the Georgian Defence Forces, focusing on the development and advancement of military cooperation with the United States and the United Kingdom.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Tbilisi State University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Caucasus University School of Governance.
