On December 15,  Caucasus Medicine School organized  a scientific conference at Caucasus University.

On December 12, the presentation of Tengiz Verulava's book "Health Care Policy" was held at Caucasus University.

The project titled "Hospital Financing by DRGs: Global Practices and Suggestions for Georgia," led by Tengiz Verulava, a professor at Caucasus University, won the "Publishing State Scientific Grant Competition" organized by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation.

The Caucasus University project "Challenges of the Primary Health Care System in Timely Treatment and Hospitalization of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Georgia" is the winner of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia's grant competition "Competition for financing master's educational and research projects with a grant".

The scientific article "Identifying the Key Elements of Psychologically Safe Workplaces in Healthcare Settings" was published in the internationally refereed journal "Brain Sciences".

A new book "Health Care Policy" was recently published. The author of the book is Tengiz Verulava, doctor of medical sciences, professor of Caucasus University.

Issue 7 (1) of the Caucasus University peer-reviewed international scientific journal "Health Care Policy, Economics and Sociology" was published.

The international refereed journal "Health Care Policy, Economics and Sociology" of Caucasus University received the European Reference Index – ERIH PLUS (European Reference Index for the Social Sciences and Humanities).

The authors of the book are: Avtandil Zorbenadze, Minister of Labor, Health and Social Protection of Georgia in 1993-2001 and Tengiz Verulava, professor of Caucasus University. The book was published in Georgian and English.

The article "Hospital health care anti-crisis management issues in Georgia" by Caucasus University Professor Tengiz Verulava was published in the European international refereed journal "Archives Balkan Medical Union".
