On March 20-21, Caucasus University Vice President Irena Melua and Director of the Projects Department Akaki Kapanadze participated in the Erasmus+ Institutional Development Project Re-Direction “Redefining Higher Education in a Digital Context, while Promoting a Common, Inclusive and Sustainable Framework based on EU Best Practices and Policy Recommendations” Partners’ Meeting.

The first intensive certificate course on research ethics and integrity started on February 28, 2025, and was completed on March 18.

On March 24, Caucasus University had the honor of hosting the Ambassador of the State of Israel, Ms. Hadas Ester Meitzad. She was welcomed by the President of the University,  Dr. Kakha Shengelia.

Organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, and within the collaboration between Caucasus University and the  ICT Association,, a series of training sessions were conducted, led by International  Devexperts trainers.

On March 20-21, Nana Sharikadze, Associate Professor at Caucasus University and Head of the International Research Center for the Study of Georgia, participated in the International Conference on Decolonising and Decentering Imperial, Soviet, and Post-Soviet Music Histories at Wadham College, University of Oxford.

Caucasus University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, in collaboration with Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency, held a workshop – Entrepreneurship Escape Room at Tech Park Zugdidi.

The event aimed to foster entrepreneurial thinking among high school students while enhancing their teamwork and problem-solving skills.

On March 17-21, Caucasus University hosted the International Staff Week Program, where over 20 academic and administrative staff members from 15 European partner universities participated.

Bernardo Fazendeiro, researcher at the Centre for Social Studies and an asssitant professor in International Relations  of the University of Coimbra (Portugal), visited Caucasus University as part of the ERASMUS+ academic mobility programme. His research interests include international relations theory, armed conflict and former Soviet space.

A presentation of books published by the “History Center for Entrants - ITSA” took place at Caucasus University. The event introduced two books, Civic Education by Mariam Gvaramia and English Language by Mariam-Manga Avaliani.

On 13 March, implementation meeting of the EU-PPS Jean Monnet Chair of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Caucasus University were held. Jean Monnet Professors - Guranda Tchelidze, Chairs Professor and EU-PPS Chairs team member,  Ekaterine  Kardava attended the meeting.

As part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "Europeanization of Law Programs in Georgia" (101084764 — EU-LP-GE), Spring mini-lectures sessions were held with BA LAW program’s students at the Caucasus University on March 19 and 20, 2025.

As part of the joint master's program in digital logistics management of the Caucasus School of Technology, students of the "ERP Systems" course participated in the value chain business management game: "Fresh Connection". More than 350 students from 60 foreign universities took part in the game.

The research of Prof. Erekle Pirveli, Professor at the Caucasus School of Business and Director of the Research Center, has been accepted for publication by Applied Economic Analysis—a distinguished journal in the field of applied economics.

Professor Tengiz Verulava of Caucasus University has been appointed Honorary Professor at the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University.
